Meet Our Owner
Hi! I am Lori Long
I am a local gal who grew up in South Omaha. My Mom was my inspiration for developing the love of cooking for others. She taught me how to cook and bake - it was the time we spent together that led me to where I am now. I have my education in Elementary/Special Education & Administration, but have always loved cooking and started catering 10+ years ago as a fun "side" gig. Fast forward to now, previously working full-time in the education field, part-time in the restaurant, and catering when requested and then the opportunity to purchase the restaurant I had been working in arose - I said, "It is time!" I am combining the business I bought along with the successful & thriving catering business I started - merging them into one. I am excited to bring a lifelong dream to reality & carry on my Mom's legacy of great cooking & baking. I certainly learned from one of the best. I hope you will try us out, tell your friends & neighbors, and become part of our restaurant family.
